FBI Releases Crime Report for the Sewickley Area
Patch analyzes the 2011 uniform crime statistics for Sewickley-area communities.
Property crimes and larceny-thefts increased slightly in Aleppo and Leetsdale, while Sewickley Heights and Ohio Township decreased from 2010 to 2011.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation's recently released Uniform Crime reports also show the same or a slight decrease in the number of burglaries for local communities.
The FBI and U.S. Department of Justice publish the annual crime report yearly, featuring statistics for individual communities across the country.
