Disappointed in Sandwich Length, NJ Men File Lawsuit
Two men are suing Subway because they say the footlong sandwiches measure less than 12 inches.
If you're headed to Subway bring your appetite—and your ruler.
That's if you pay as close attention to the size of your sandwich as two New Jersey men, who are suing the fast food chain because they say the advertised footlong sub is just shy of 12 inches.
According to NBC 10, the lawsuit was filed last week. The plantiffs, John Farley of Evesham and Charles Noah Pendrack of Ocean City, said they measured 17 Subway foot-long sandwiches and all were not quite 12 inches.
Locally, there is a Subway sandwich shop in the Quaker Village Shopping Center.
