PennDOT plans to continue overnight Route 65 work beginning on Thursday, Oct. 11.

Traffic will be reduced to single lanes in each direction from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday through Oct. 19 from Sewickley to Beaver County. 

In the area of 65 between Chestnut Street and Hazel Lane in Edgeworth, only one of four lanes will remain open due to the narrow width of the boulevard.

Work includes sawing and sealing, curbing, pavement markings, and other minor improvement activities.   

PennDOT advises motorists to allow extra time and be prepared for delays.
