Route 65 Paving Continues Wednesday in Sewickley
Traffic will be reduced to one alternating lane.
Overnight work is set to continue on Route 65 beginning Wednesday, Sept. 26 in Sewickley, according to PennDOT.
This will require traffic to be reduced to one alternating lane overnight.
Due to the narrow width of Route 65 in this area and the need to use dual paving machines to complete the work, only one of four lanes will remain open between Chestnut Street and Hazel Lane.

Single-lane alternating traffic will occur from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Saturday night, Sept. 29.
From Monday, Oct. 1 through Friday, Oct. 5 crews will have one lane open in each direction while other work is completed in this area including sawing and sealing, pavement markings and other minor improvements.
