Kelsey Rhea spent the past year operating Pink & Blue in Sewickley. The owner said Thursday that the children's clothing boutique at the corner of Beaver and Broad streets is now slated to close. 

The boutique is currently offering a sale on all merchandise in the store. Rhea said purchases of $50 or more will receive an additional 30 percent off.

Rhea said going from a stay-at-home mom to a full-time business owner has been tough. Now that she's coming up on a year, she felt now was the right time. She plans to close by the end of the month.

Rhea, a Sewickley resident, said she's planning to work elsewhere part-time and, most importantly, spend more time with her daughter.
