Many Sewickley-area residents will undoubtedly give or receive gift cards this holiday season. So how much of that money will go unspent?
According to Business News Daily, just 75-percent of consumers will spend all the money on their gift cards this year.
85-percent of the U.S. population will give gift cards, with sales projected to pass the $110 billion mark, according to a survey by the advisory company CEB TowerGroup.
