Over 150 people have enjoyed the Italian Garden tours at FHNC.  To celebrate the traditional family vegetable garden, Fern Hollow Nature Center and The Italian Garden Project are hosting an Italian Garden dinner featuring fresh fruit, vegetables, and meats from the farmers at the St. James Farmers Market.  Set on our beautiful lawn, guests will enjoy a fresh, simply prepared meal.  Stroll our grounds including our very own “Italian garden” set in our community garden and enjoy the sunset.  Dinner will include appetizers, two entrees, several delicious sides, pasta of course, dessert, espresso and lemoncello.  BYOB.  This benefit will directly support the educations programs at Fern Hollow.  Reservations are required.  Seating limited to 75 people.  Admission:  FHNC $60/Non-Member $75.  Call 412-741-6136 to register or for more info.
