Animal Friends Presents: Gia Marie and Gulliver!

Check back everyweek for more adoptable, adorable animals from Animal Friends!

Gulliver and Gia Marie were confiscated from a neglectful situation by Animal Friends' Humane Officers. They were living outside without water, food and very little protection from the elements. They lived in small and filthy confined areas and relied mostly on neighbors for their food. Today, they feel much better!

Gulliver is a little nervous when meeting new people. He has made good progress in this area and our volunteers are happy to report they are receiving kisses from him now.

When Gia Marie first came to Animal Friends, she was so scared that she had to be carried outside to potty because she would simply not walk on a leash. Now, volunteers can go in to her room and she’ll give kisses and licks! She loves spending time in our play yards rough housing with her brother, Gulliver.

Gulliver is loving but timid at the same time, which isn't surprising considering his past. Gulliver loves the outdoors and flies around like the wind in our fenced play yards with Gia Marie.

Both Gia and Gulliver will need to find a homes with adults (and older children) who can dedicate time to helping them on their journey of feeling loved, cared for and secure.

If you are that special person, stop by and meet Gia Marie and Gulliver soon.
