Demolition of the Former Yankello's Store Begins Today
Developers plan to raze the structure at 604 Beaver St. to make way for new construction.
Phoenix Development of Sewickley is set to begin demolition of the former Yankello's store at 604 Beaver St.
In the meantime, owners of have relocated temporarily to a smaller space across the street. Developers recently received approval from Sewickley Council that extended the final land development for 90 days.
Plans include relocating Yankello's back to the site by December once the new construction is complete. The store sells and services electronics.
