1.  INTERNET FAMILY SEARCH

Where/When: Moon Public Library, Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Why Go: Learn how to explore the best free genealogy sites on the Web and find your ancestors. Be sure to bring your own laptop.

2. AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS

Why Go: Spend the afternoon watching the movie based on Jules Verne’s adventure-packed book. A snack will be provided.

3. STAR WARS MEET THE CHARACTERS

Where/When: , Sewickley, noon Saturday

Why Go: If you’re a huge Star Wars fan, head on over to the bookstore to get your picture taken with the characters. Be sure to pick up a Star Wars trading card or two and have them autographed.

Pricing: Free. Donations of new Star Wars books and toys will be accepted and then distributed at hospital visits.

4. DEATH CAB FOR CUTIE

Where/When: Stage AE, North Side, Saturday, 6:30 p.m.

Why Go: Whether rain or shine, rock out with the band to hits like "Soul Meets Body" and their latest single, "You Are a Tourist."

Pricing: Tickets are $39.75 with fees. All tickets are general admission.

5. SOERGEL’S PEACH FESTIVAL

Where/When: Soergel’s Orchards Farm Market, Wexford, Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Why Go: It’s that time of year for everything peach, including delicious peach pie! Bring the kids along for pony rides, hayrides and other family-friendly activities. Plus, Radio Disney will be present from noon until 1:30 p.m.
