Holiday Worship: St. Matthews AME Zion Church
St. Matthews is opening its doors -- and its arms -- to one and all for Christmas Day services.
The landmark church in the heart of has a cross out front that is draped with a bright red sash. On its Facebook page, St. Matthews AME Zion Church makes it very clear that the congregation is inviting one and all to Christmas morning services.
"Come as you are," reads the announcement on the Facebook page -- a warm welcome for a warm and happy season. The morning service will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday.
