Sewickley Road to Close Soon for Repairs

Allegheny County Department of Public Works plans to repair Water Works Road.

Water Works Road in will close beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, April 9, according to the Allegheny County Department of Public Works.

The closure is necessary so crews may repair a collapsed wall. Work is expected to take five to seven business days.

Traffic will be rerouted via a posted detour onto Scaife Road, Blackburn Road, Hill Street and Nevin Avenue.
