Several re-enactment groups from Pennsylvania and surrounding states will portray civilian and military activities, from making medical supplies and running a recruitment office to infantry drills, military food preparation, and a court-martial scenario.
Tours and craft demonstrations include wet plate photography, printing, blacksmithing and dressmaking, along with period storytelling and dramatic vignettes. The event includes children’s games and crafts, and authentic food and Civil War items for purchase.
Musical acts include period music from the renowned B.J. Pino Wildcat Regiment Band; Bill Lockard and Tom Crytzer; and Accoustic Shadows.
