Creative Summer Experience Children's Camp

Sweetwater Center for the Arts and the Sewickley Community Center have once again joined together forour Creative Summer Experience camp! This camp for children ages 6–12 is a creative, fun and enriching experience using theresources of both organizations. It will be held at Sweetwater Center for the Arts with the option to attend for either 1 week or 2weeks: August 6–10, and August 13–17, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This year’s Creative Summer Experience will build onthe theme “Go Global!” as we encourage your child, through the visual and performing arts, educational play activities and groupprojects, to engage in the vitality and history of other world cultures.

Each day is a new adventure as we experiment with a wide array of art media and techniques, athletics and other fun activities.Children will swim daily (weather permitting) in the Community Center pool. Certified lifeguards will be on duty.We welcome both returning and new campers to join us for summer fun!
