Holiday Cookies

Ages 16 & up

Have you always wanted to get beyond store-bought cookie dough or the standard chocolate chip?  Just in time for the holidays, come learn to bake and decorate scrumptious cookies that are beautiful enough to give as gifts!  From mixing the perfect dough to baking gourmet cookies that need no adornment, learn new tricks to take your baking skills to the next level.  You'll also try your hand at piping royal icing, and get to take your creations home--if you can resist long enough!  Materials fee is included in the tuition.  This is hands-on workshop is limited to eight students.
