Landscape Painting Class

The Sweetwater Center for the Arts is holding a unique landscape painting class for ages 16 and up. The class will meet at various locations throughout Sewickley including river views, park areas and sidewalk vantage points facing interesting houses and gardens. The instructor will demonstrate various painting techniques to render a variety of subjects encountered while painting outdoors. Participants will learn each step in completing a work of art. 

The class will be taught with oil paintings but other media are welcomed. A portable easel and optional folding chair are recommended. Students will receive a materials list upon registration. Call to register.
