This performance is part of Sweetwater’s 15th annual MAVUNO Festival of African American Art and Culture. Machete Kisumontao is a 6-piece Puerto Rican music band from Pittsburgh. Their true rustic sound of Afro-Caribbean rhythms capture the feelings of bomba, plena, criollo, nova-trova, reggae and salsa. Refreshments, wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
