Monaca Fall Fest

Monaca's Fall Fest starts with a 5K race. A Halloween Parade will be at 11:30 a.m. and line up begins at 11 a.m. on 8th Street between Pennsylvania Ave. and Washington Ave. Food booths, craft booths, entertainment, games, inflatables, pony rides and train rides will take place immediately following the parade.
