The Music Plus Concert Series begins the 2012-13 season at 3 p.m. Sunday with "Not Your Usual Stuffy Concert---The Sequel," featuring Anna Singer & Lou Valenzi, vocalists; and Donna Amato, assisting artist.
Pre-concert at 2:30 p.m. features students from Amato Piano Studio, and Schaefer Piano Studio. Dry goods will be collected at this concert for the Sewickley Community Center's Food Pantry.
This FREE series of concerts, available at St. James in Sewickley. The concerts are intimate in the sense that the audience is relatively close to the performers. Children are introduced to the concert setting in a more relaxed way giving families a chance to see, hear and meet the artists, and enjoy the benefits that music brings. The main concert is about 50 minutes in length, with no intermission, and pre-concerts at 2:30 last 20 minutes.
