No-Knead Artisanal Bread
Making crusty, chewy artisan-style bread in your own oven is much easier than you think! In this hands-on workshop, Stephanie Finn will demonstrate a ten-minute dough recipe that anyone can master, then we'll shape and bake bakery-quality loaves, rolls, pizza and even dessert. The results are so impressive your dinner guests will think you spent hours in the kitchen! Ages 21 & over. BYOB. Member tuition is $50 and $65 for non-members. Registration is required. There are 2 offerings of this class, April 26th and May 8th, 2012. Both classes run from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.
