Spiritual Book Festival Celebrates Scripture

The Sisters of St. Joseph invite the public to join them as they share insights about their favorite spiritual and theological books over tea and cookies, August 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. at 1020 State Street, Baden.

Sisters Jeanne Scott, Diane McCalley and Zita Iwuoha will team up with Fr. Phil Fogarty, S.J., to talk about popular books on Church, Faith, Scripture, Spirituality and Theology. Participants are welcome to join in the discussion. The Book Nook, which offers distinctive gifts for mind, body and soul, will have books available for purchase or to order.

There is no charge to attend the Spiritual Book Festival, but RSVP’s are appreciated by August 15. Call Kathleen Garde at 724-869-2151, Ext. 6244 or email Christina Thornburg at cthornburg@stjoseph-baden.org.
