Wine Tasting with the Naked Grape

Sweetwater is teaming up with The Naked Grape to offer an exciting summer wine tasting class.

Summer beckons and so does that craving for white wine! Join Phil Real of the Naked Grape Enoteca as he guides you through a tasting of great summer white wines. White wines can be very complex, interesting and span far beyond the realm of Chardonnay. Explore some very unique varietals and regions and enjoy this “summer break” with great wine! You’ll be eager and ready to get out and enjoy the “Grape Outdoors”! Materials fee is included in the tuition.

Philip Real can be found regularly behind the wine bar at the Naked Grape in Sewickley. He writes the Crush Column for Table magazine. He ran Prelude Wine Bar at the Pittsburgh Renaissance Hotel, taught Wine Studies at the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, and managed San Francisco wine shops.
