Crafting with Thanksgiving Dinner

When/Where: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. today, Nov. 24 at the Sewickley Public Library. 

Why Go: Get creative with mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and other Thanksgiving leftovers. 

Admission: Free.

 

Sweaty Betty

When/Where: 8 p.m. to midnight today, Nov. 24 at Sons of Italy, Sewickley.

Why Go: Enjoy Sweaty Betty will be perfoming at the club with special guest St. Louis's Blues Artist of the Year, Rich McDonough.

Admission: $5 at the door. Open to the public.

 

32nd annual My Macy's Holiday Parade

When/Where: 9 to 11 a.m. today, Nov 24 in downtown Pittsburgh. 

Why Go: If Pittsburgh's annual Light Up Night wasn't enough to get you in the holiday spirit, this will. The parade route is Liberty Avenue to Grant Street, right onto Fifth Avenue, left onto Liberty Avenue and left onto Stanwix Street. If you can't go, watch it live on WPXI, Channel 11.

Sewickley Sunday Jam Session

When/Where: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Sewickley Public Library.

Why Go: Because music makes the world go around. Bring your instrument of choice and join in. This is strictly for teens.
