Spring Gallery Walk Draws Art Lovers to Sewickley

The gallery walk continues from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

  • Joyce Werwie Perry’s latest series, "," a large abstract cityscapes of Pittsburgh painted in oils with knives to emphasize the vibrancy of the city’s industry, rivers, bridges and topography.

  • Exhibition of Frank Dininno art in Dininno/Refound Works.

  • “Sunflower Series,” an exhibit by mixed-media artist Hawkeye will be on display on the first floor. Visionary photojournalist David Biernersser presents his photography collection of nature, travel and life behind Afghani lines on the second floor.

  • "Jessica Breedlove: Visual narratives of a child’s personal story." The drawings are based in imagination or reality.

, 200 Broad St. Saturday hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

  • See the paintings of the late Carolyn L. Coyle in this exhibition titled "." Coyle is a well known artist from Sewickley, whose paintings are in national and private collections.
  • "Trees" Exhibition is an in-club flower show presented by the Village Garden Club in celebration of Arbor Day. Club members will have entries in flower arranging, horticulture and photography, along with a display of club conservation projects.

  • Jack Szolis award-winning bird and decoy carvings are on exhibit in the display cases through May 16.

Sewickley Arts Initiative, 419 Beaver St., pop-up gallery space in the former Chico's space.

Professors from six of the region’s top photography programs select a "Rising Star" from their students to exhibit with them in this SAI Invitational Exhibition: "Generations: Six of the Best." The exhibit will remain on display from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
