Today's photos are in honor of 89-year-old Harold Camping, who predicts today will be judgement day and who has taught us that rapture or not, we should always be on our best behavior.
We here at Sewickley Patch have faith greater than a mustard seed. So when we heard about Harold Camping's bold prediction, that today is the day of the rapture, we didn't laugh at him or poke fun --we took it seriously.
Predictions from the former radio broadcaster and controversial religious figure are based on a mathematical equation of 7,000 years from the date of Noah’s Ark and the Great Flood. With all the rain we've had lately, who knows? We began to look a little bit closer at the world around us in Sewickley, and let's just say we started to notice some signs too.
