Bites Nearby: Andora Restaurant Gets Seafood and Pasta Just Right

This week Patch stops by Andora Restaurant for crab cakes and wine.

Andora Restaurant blends casual, fine dining with an upscale atmosphere. The Sewickley Valley-treasure is located right off Interstate 79 and boasts a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere.

The menu will make your mouth water and the food is cooked to perfection. Every dish is savory to the last bite, but the eatery is known for its house crab cakes, which are a must-try.

Other popular items include capellini pasta with jumbo lump crab, shrimp, scallops, and sausage in tomato and banana pepper cream, the mixed grill with fresh-catch of the day, shrimp and scallops with rice pilaf and vegetable. Andora also offers delicious starters, including the shrimp spring rolls, and the jumbo lump crab cake, as well as soups, salads, pasta and fish dishes. The wine list is also delectable and affordable.
