Esmark Moves into New Global Headquarters

In addition to Esmark, the building will house TF Asset Management, OneSource and Heritage Valley Health System's new medical mall.

After breaking ground in October 2011, Esmark executives and staff spent this week moving into the company’s newly-built global headquarters.

Esmark CEO Jim Bouchard expects to relocate more than two-dozen corporate staff members onto the third floor of the 40,000-square-foot building on Hazel Lane in Edgeworth.

Bill Keegan, Esmark spokesman, said the first day of business in the new digs will be Monday, March 4.

In addition to Esmark, the building will house tenants TF Asset Management and OneSource on the third floor.

OneSource is moving in this week, with plans to begin its first day of business on Monday, too. TF Asset Management will move in about a month from now, Keegan said.

The building's first and second floors will house Heritage Valley Health System’s new medical mall. Heritage Valley plans to have primary care physicians, outpatient rehabilitation, a laboratory draw site, diagnostic services and a walk-in clinic, open seven days a week.

Keegan said the medical mall still has to complete its build-out before moving in. That will be about four to five months from now.

A small grand opening is planned for early May. Keegan said a larger event will take place when Heritage Valley moves in.

Founded in 2003, Esmark has established an array of operating companies, with its two largest business segments being steel service and oil and gas production.
