OneSource to Join Tenants in the Future Esmark Center

Headquartered in Burr Ridge, IL, the administrative services firm employs 13 people, including five at the Pittsburgh regional office.

OneSource HR, an administrative services and human resources outsourcing practice will move its offices to the new Esmark Center when it's completed in the fall, Esmark officials announced.

OneSource's core service offerings include payroll, HR consulting, multiple employer 401(k) plans and employee benefits.

“Based on our growth projections that number could easily double over the next year,” said Robert Wagner, president.

Wagner said the OneSource HR business model has become widely accepted as a more efficient and strategic method of managing employment-related functions.

“We deliver cost saving solutions to businesses employing 25 to more than 500 people,” he said.

OneSource HR will join and Esmark Corp. in locating its offices in the new Esmark global headquarters building in Edgeworth.

Since its founding in 2003, Esmark Corp. has planned and established an array of operating companies in the areas of steel, energy, industrial manufacturing, aviation, business services and realty.

With revenues exceeding $400 million, Esmark has 450 employees in Meadville, PA; Chicago; and Cleveland.

Plans for the $9 million state-of-the-art Esmark Center include underground parking, a rooftop patio and a view of the Ohio River. is complete at the site, clearing the way for construction to begin. First Niagara Bank is providing construction financing.
