Pittsburgh Firm Plans Relocation to Esmark Headquarters in Edgeworth

Pittsburgh-based TF Asset Management will occupy about 1,700 square feet in the $9 million Esmark building.

TF Asset Management, a private independent asset management firm, will from downtown Pittsburgh to the new Esmark Center global headquarters building in Edgeworth, Esmark announced.

"We have had a relationship with the Esmark management team for several years and look forward to making the move to this on its completion next fall," said Joseph Peduzzi, TF Asset Management president.

Founded in 1992, TF Asset Management will occupy about 1,700 square feet in the Esmark building and expects to employ 10 people.

, 39,000 square-foot office building was in October. The building off Hazel Lane will include an underground parking garage and rooftop patio overlooking the Ohio River. Construction is expected to be completed late this year.

The Pittsburgh office of First Niagara Bank is providing construction financing for the new Esmark Center.

Esmark Corp., which James P. Bouchard founded in 2003, and its 25 corporate employees will use about one-third of the building's space.

The company's revenue is in excess of $400 million with 450 employees in Meadville, Chicago and Cleveland. Esmark provides strategic and innovative products and specialized services in the areas of steel, energy, industrial manufacturing, aviation, business services and realty.
