Vivo Kitchen on Beaver Street in Sewickley has been named one of Pittsburgh Magazine's best restaurants of 2013.
"The American food features Italian influences and showcases good ingredients," according to the magazine. "Dishes change frequently, but one that won us over was the espresso-crusted scallops with coconut cream, with its great flavor combinations."
Vivo Kitchen opened in Sewickley in September 2011. The restaurant moved from its original location in Bellevue.
Hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
