Altmire Hosts Town Hall Meetings
The third AARP town hall meeting is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Kretzler's Tavern in North Hills.
U.S. Rep. Jason Altmire is meeting with constituents in Western Pennsylvania through a series of town hall meetings. The latest of the three meetings will take place at 11 a.m. Friday in North Hills.
The AARP is sponsoring the town halls along with Altmire, D-McCandless. Earlier this week on Tuesday, Altmire appeared at the Beaver Valley Senior Center in the Beaver Valley Mall and on Thursday he was joined by U.S. Rep Tim Murphy, R-Upper St. Clair, at Longwood at Oakmont in Verona, PA. The town hall was broadcast live on the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN).
Altmire plans to address issues related to Social Security, Medicare and the current state of the nation from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Kretzler’s Tavern, 2240 Babcock Boulevard, North Hills. He'll be joined by AARP representatives.
