Lanes To Close Along Ohio River Blvd

PennDOT is advising motorists to allow extra time and be prepared for changing traffic patterns.

 

Beginning at 5 a.m. Wednesday, PennDOT will periodically close lanes along Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) in Emsworth Borough. 

Single lane traffic in each direction will be shifted from the travel (right) lanes to the passing (left) lanes between Camp Horne Road and Terrace Drive. 

One lane of traffic in each direction using the travel lanes will continue around-the-clock through Aug. 28.

Crews will be milling and paving and improving drainage in the travel lanes.

PennDOT is advising motorists to allow extra time and be prepared for changing traffic patterns.  

The overall $5.1 million, 4.5 mile project on Route 65 includes milling and resurfacing, drainage, guide rail, curbing, signs, signals, structure repairs and other improvements in Emsworth, Sewickley, Edgeworth, Leetsdale and Ambridge boroughs in Allegheny and Beaver counties.
