Patch Pets: Meet Lacy

Lacy isn't a puppy, but she's friendly, mild-mannered and housebroken.

Hi. My name is Lacy. I'm a 13-year-old Beagle. I was returned to Animal Friends after many years when my owners moved out of state and couldn't take me along. I have been living with adults, but I might be a good match for kids age 15 and up.

I am a friendly, mild-mannered, housebroken dog, and I walk well on a leash. I like some dogs, and I might get along with yours if he or she is somewhat settled, like me.

I am overweight and have been put on a diet. Moderate exercise would be a great benefit to help me lose weight and to reclaim and maintain a svelte figure.

Best of all, by adopting pets like me from Animal Friends, you make it possible for them to rescue and care for another pet who truly needs help. So, what are you waiting for?

Do you have room for a Lacy in your life?

If you do, contact Animal Friends at 562 Camp Horne Road, Ohio Township,  412-847-7000 or visit www.ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org. The facility is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
