The Lowest Gas Prices Around

Patch helps you compare gasoline prices around the area.

Here we go again. Gas prices are steadily going up in Western Pennsylvania.

The average price for a gallon of self-serve, regular unleaded gas is currently $3.698 in the region. 

Prices increased last week by 7.4 cents per gallon, 4.2 cents higher than the week before, according to AAA’s Fuel Gauge. Gas is 95.6 cents higher than this time last year.

Crude oil prices have fluctuated due to debt concerns and continued gridlock in Washington surrounding talks to raise the debt limit, AAA reports.

In the  area, the price of gasoline was about the same as the AAA average.

Sewickley Patch did some research to save you time by providing you with the lowest gas prices in the area. As of Monday, local prices ranged from $3.69 a gallon for regular unleaded to $4.519 for premium -- the lowest prices we could find.
