Updated Forecast, Interactive Traffic Map: See Conditions Before You Decide to Head Out
The freezing rain could mix with sleet and snow before changing to all rain later in the day.
There could be very little rush to the Monday morning rush hour. The National Weather Service in Moon Township has issued a winter weather advisory from 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday for most of Western Pennsylvania, including the Sewickley Valley.
A mixture of snow, sleet and freezing rain is expected overnight into Monday morning. Because of very cold ground and snow pack, roads and sidewalks are expected to be icy.

- Sunday Night: Snow and freezing rain before 5 a.m., then snow, freezing rain, and sleet. Low around 29. Southeast wind 5 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. Total nighttime snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half-inch possible.
- Monday: Freezing rain before 9 a.m., then rain likely. High near 44. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between a 10th- and a quarter-inch possible.
- Monday Night: Showers likely, mainly before 10 p.m. Widespread fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 43. Southwest wind 11 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New precipitation amounts between a 10th- and a quarter-inch possible.
