CENTER FOR HOPE FOOD PANTRY JOINS 98.3 K-LOVE'S MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOUR

On Thursday, May 16th, the Center for Hope, a faith based community center committed to creating partnerships that assure the well-being of area residents through education, service and outreach, will receive the benefit of many helping hands as 98.3 K-LOVE brings Pittsburgh area residents together for volunteer service projects to help those in need for K-LOVE's "Make A Difference Tour."


98.3 K-LOVE's afternoon hosts, Scott and Kelli, will be in Pittsburgh May 16-18 promoting volunteer opportunities for the "Make A Difference Tour" for Pittsburgh area residents through their website at KLOVE.com.


Volunteer opportunities at Center for Hope will range from bagging groceries, sorting produce, packing food boxes for shut-ins, and serving warm meals to families serviced through the food pantry.

Center for Hope serves or refers an average of 30,000 times year. Additional programs include a Clothes Closet, youth programs, senior Lunch & Learn programs, free summer lunches for Ambridge area youths and much more. The Center operates through contributions from churches, individuals, civic groups and various grants.


98.3 K-LOVE plays positive, encouraging contemporary Christian music. The radio network has 446 signals in 47 states with an estimated weekly audience of over 13 million.
