Girls' Night Out: Georgia On My Mind

Ladies will expand their knowledge of the female artist, Georgia O'Keefe. Especially known for her close-up painting of flowers, students will create their own version with canvas board and acrylic paints. Using a viewfinder to guide the composition, students will select their painting using photos from magazines and calendars. Students are encouraged to bring their own photos of flowers or even the real blossoms if they wish! Various images will also be provided. Come and create a big, bright and beautiful bloom! Materials fee included in the tuition. Member tuition: $35, Non-member tuition: $50. Ages 18 and up.
