Animal Friends' Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade and Costume Party

Where can a poodle (or any other pooch) feel comfortable strutting around in his Batman outfit?

At Animal Friends’ 19th annual Howl-O-Ween pet parade and costume party, of course. Join Animal Friends on Sunday, Oct. 14, when happy dogs, cats and rabbits of all shapes and sizes will be gathering in their Halloween attire. Last year, pets arrived dressed as bumble bees, brides, ballerinas and more.

Join us again this year on Oct. 14, 2012 from noon – 2:00 p.m. at the Vietnam Veterans Shelter in Schenley Park in Oakland.  The Howl-O-Ween party will feature pet photos, vendors, a pet costume contest and parade, refreshments, games for the whole family and goodies for pets and pet owners.
