History Competition for QVMS 8th Graders

A History Competition will be held for QVMS 8th graders on May 3 at 3 p.m. at the Sewickley Borough Building. If the student can recite Lincoln's Gettysburg Address from memory, he or she may win the honor of speaking on Memorial Day.

Interested students should register by April 27 by email to Alisa Lenhardt at alenhardt@hotmail.com, text her at 412-716-7405 or call 412-741-6200.

The winner will receive a $150 prize and will be a featured speaker during the ceremony on Memorial Day. The first runner up will receive a $100 prize and have responsibilities on Memorial Day as well.
