This year’s event is special because it will also help celebrate the land trust's 20th anniversary.  Since 1993, the land trust has been committed to making a lasting impact throughout Allegheny and Washington counties by preserving local land.  Through dedicated community support, the land trust aims to continue land conservation efforts and supporting the community’s scenic beauty.

Proceeds will help ALT protect at least 350 acres in the next 12 months through various projects including active campaigns with the former Pittsburgh Cut Flower property in Richland Township and the 48 acres in Sewickley Hills owned by the Catholic Institute.
