Charles 'Chuck' Edward Musser

Visitation is Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. at Copeland's Sewickley, 702 Beaver St. with the Rev. Thomas Moog officiating.

Charles “Chuck” Edward Musser, a 63-year resident of Sewickley Hills Borough passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012 at his daughter's home surrounded by his loving family. He was 93.

He was born in Braddock, PA on May 5, 1919 to the late Charles and Theresa (“Nanyoks” Niles) Bonser.

He was preceded by death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Agnes (Clifford) Musser.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son Wayne and his brother James. Loving father of Laraine O'Neill, Robyn Bergmann and Renee Musser all of Sewickley; cherished grandfather of Bryan, Kirk, & Sean O'Neill all of Sewickley, Eric Musser of Atlanta, GA, Ty Musser, Tiffany & Brian Bergmann, and Gabrielle Musser all of Sewickley; also 14 great grandchildren; brother of Kenneth Musser of Allison Park.

Chuck was a talented cabinet maker for Ryan Homes and Getz Cabinets (Leetsdale/Fair Oaks), he was a member of Mt. Nebo United Presbyterian Church and he proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the EAME Theater and was awarded his EAME Service Medal with two Bronze Stars.

Visitation is Sunday 2-4, 7-9 and Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 1:30 PM at Copeland's Sewickley, 702 Beaver St. with the Rev. Thomas Moog officiating.

Burial will follow at Mt. Nebo United Presbyterian Church Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in his name to the Alzheimer's Association.
