Don S. Lohnes

Don S. Lohnes, age 46, of Harmony for the past 8 years, formerly of Sewickley, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 at his home. He was born in Bellevue on July 6, 1966 to Richard and Jacqueline (Schurman) Lohnes of Sewickley.

In addition to his parents, he was the beloved companion for 23 years to Lorie Waldrop; loving father of Cody, Kylee, Sherry, and Jessy; cherished brother of Denise Trapizona (John) of Sewickley, Richard Lohnes, Jr. (Lisa) of Ambridge and James Wigton & the late Diane Wigton; loved by Lorie's parents Gloria & Bill Nickholds of Sewickley and her brother Shawn Nickholds of Cleveland, OH, he was loved by his nieces & nephews.

Don was a graduate of Quaker Valley and had worked on maintenance for Jackson's Barges. He will be held in all his family's hearts and mostly by Lorie, "His cupcake" and her "Pony Boy" I LOVE YOU MORE.

Visitation at 6 p.m. Tuesday until time of service at 8 p.m. at Copeland's Sewickley, 702 Beaver St. Rev. Thomas Moog officiating. Burial will be private in Sewickley Cemetery.
