Ferman (Bud) Ritter, 87, of Franklin Park, passed away Sept. 17, 2011 in Cranberry Place.
Born in Butler, Pa. Dec. 18, 1923 the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth Hutchinson Ritter, he was an Army Veteran serving as a Staff Sergeant during WWII.
Bud was retired in 1978 from the Electrical Chemical Sales Co., was a member of the Ingomar United Methodist Church, Perry Ionic Lodge F & AM #796, the Millvale Sportsmen Club & enjoyed Skeet Shooting, fishing and hunting.

Bud is survived by his loving wife Virginia Zahn Ritter; his two daughters Sharon Ritter of Warrendale and Marsha Dickson of Florida; also five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and his sister Jean Welsh of Allison Park.
Friends were received Tuesday in the , 702 Beaver St., Pa., where a service was held after visitation. Burial was private.
