Victor P. “Punkin” Bruno, Jr., 61, of Sewickley; A loving husband, father and “Pappy”, passed unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 11, 2013.
Born Sept. 4, 1951 in McKees Rocks, he was son of the late Loretta (Quinn) and Victor P. Bruno, Sr. On Dec. 27, 2004; he was predeceased by his beloved wife of 29 years, Diana (Barngrover) Bruno.
Loving father of Vicki Shaughnessy (Henry) of Coraopolis and Robert Bruno (Kimberley) of Oakdale; proud grandfather of Gillian, Addison, Kevin, Logan, Camryn and one on the way; cherished brother of Debra Corso of Union City, CA; also many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Punkin, a big kid at heart, loved spending time with his grandchildren, riding his motorcycle and collecting Lionel trains.
He was a retired steelworker from Hussey Copper. Visitation is Sunday 2-4, 7-9 at Copeland’s Sewickley, 702 Beaver St., where service will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Rev. Thomas Moog will officiate. Burial will be private in Sewickley Cemetery.
