Looking for a night out but don’t want to head all the way Downtown? Stop by Cadillac Ranch in Settlers Ridge for dinner and stay for the nightlife.

The upbeat ambiance and bigger-is-better décor creates an all-around fun dining experience for the entire family.

The sprawling restaurant features two bars and plenty of seating in the dining areas plus an outdoor patio with a bar and fire pits. Multiple TVs are available for viewing throughout the restaurant, making it a great place to take in a game. The walls are scattered with hubcaps, autographed guitars and photos of country superstars and rock 'n' roll legends, whose music is played all day and night.

The menu stays true to the all-American theme with steaks, chops, barbecue and burgers. Start with one of more than a dozen appetizers, including the Texas wings and margarita-grilled flatbread, each $9.99.

Popular dishes include the Pittsburgh steak salad for $13.99 and the pulled pork sandwich for $9.99. The menu also offers the black-and-gold burger topped with blue cheese crumbles and bacon for $11.99. There also are gluten-free items such as soups, salads and desserts.

Cadillac Ranch tunes up a club atmosphere for night-owl patrons. The music, lights and cocktails make for a great social scene. Tables are moved from the lower dining area to make room for a dance floor, and a mechanical bull tops off the over-the-top atmosphere. 

The kitchen at Cadillac Ranch is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. The bar is open until midnight during the week and 2 a.m. on weekends.
