Johnstown, PA - According to Veteran’s Advocate Larry Stiles’ own investigation, neither Rothfus nor his staff has ever set foot in the Van Zandt Altoona VA Hospital or the Johnstown VA Outpatient Clinic, which are the key VA medical centers in the Eastern portion of the PA 12th District.
