The following people were charged and scheduled for preliminary hearings May 3 at District Judge Robert Ford's office in Leetsdale:
Waived to Court
- Olivia Domenick, 19, of Rivercrest Drive, with driving under the influence, underage drinking, fleeing or attempting to elude police, theft of services, carrying a false identification card, and reckless driving. Edgeworth Police said Domenick on April 16 left Eat'n Park on Route 65 without paying, drove intoxicated and fled from several police officers. Edgeworth, Leetsdale and Sewickley police officers were eating inside the restaurant when a waitress told them Domenick and another female left without paying.
