Donny Bryant, 35, of Beaver Street, Leetsdale, charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment. responded to a call in the 200 block of Beaver Street on Nov. 11. Police said Bryant punched someone in the stomach. Police said Bryant attempted to run from officers and was taken down and handcuffed. The resisting arrest charge was dropped. The other charges were waived to court.

Timothy Tindall, 35, of Ambridge, charged with possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. stopped Tindall at 2:12 a.m. Aug. 21 in the 800 block of Route 65 in Sewickley during a checkpoint. Charges were withdrawn.
