District Magistrate: Driving Under the Influence Case Held for Court

Held for Court

Chuck Nacke, 55, of Franklin Park, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Franklin Park police reported officers received a report Feb. 5 that Nacke was trying to leave a bar on Brandt School Road and drive home while intoxicated.

Police said officers found Nacke at home slouched over the driver's seat of his vehicle, which was parked in his garage. The vehicle was off, but was still mking a ticking sound from being driven.

Police reported a blood-alcohol content of 0.239 percent.

Waived

Keith Stewart, 66, of Franklin Park, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Franklin Park police reported Stewart's vehicle was involved in a two-car crash on Feb. 26 at the intersection of Brandt School Road and Wexford Run Road. Police reported a blood-alcohol content of 0.239 percent.

Justin Davis, 29, of Allison Park, charged wih driving under the influence of alcohol. Franklin Park police reported Davis was seen March 13 making a wide turn from Interstate 79 onto Route 910 and continuing to swerve. Police reported a blood-alcohol content of 0.238 percent.

Reduced

Caitlin Hough, 23, of Blackburn Road, Sewickley Heights, charges filed by Sewickley Heights police reduced to non-traffic, ordered to pay a fine and court costs. 

Withdrawn

Charges filed by Ohio Township police against Richard Rohm, 53, of Aleppo were withdrawn.
