A Moon teenager reported missing Aug. 6 has been found safe.
17, ran away earlier this month, according to family and friends. Moon were the incident as a missing-persons case because Clark is a minor.
Clark was found safe today and is with Moon Police, according to Dawn Frankeny, whose teenage daughter is close friends with Clark.
